Task Documents Sub-Tab – Work Order

The Task Documents page lists any documents that have been associated with the procedure to be performed or the work order itself. These documents provide additional information that is useful while completing a work order. Examples of documents include spec sheets, task sheets, and safety sheets.

The following fields are displayed in the Task Documents List:

  • Document Type: Indicates whether the document is stored in the Document Library or linked to an website.

  • Document: Name and description of the document.

ClosedView a Document

  1. Click the row for the document.

    The document opens in a new browser window or tab.

  2. View the contents of the document.

  3. Close the window or tab.

ClosedView Multiple Documents

  1. Click the check box to the left of each document you want to view.

  2. Click View.

    The documents opens in multiple new browser windows or tabs.

  3. View the contents of the documents.

  4. To exit each document, close the browser window or tab.
